UK Orders
The delivery charge varies depending upon the size of the order you have placed. It falls into three bands:
Orders up to £24.99 – delivery charge £2.95
Orders over £25.00 – delivery charge £3.95
Orders over £50.00 – delivery is free.
Your order will be sent by 1st Class Royal Mail and should be with you within 2-5 days. We will contact you via email if for any reason your order will take longer.
All items in stock will be despatched within 2 working days of us receiving your payment. In the very rare event of your chosen items not being in stock, we will let you know how quickly we can get them to you.
Returns
We hope that you will be happy with the products that you have bought from The Cook Shop. However, we understand that you may want to return an item if you change your mind. It must be returned in the original packaging, unused and in a re-saleable condition within 28 days of receipt and we will issue a refund of the purchase price, excluding any postage.
Damaged Goods
We check all the products before they leave us and we pack the orders very carefully. However in the unlikely event that you find your order damaged or faulty, please call us on 01926 888588 to arrange return. Upon receipt (please include a written description of what the problem was) and we will replace or refund the item including postage.
No liability is accepted for damage resulting from misuse or failure to follow the manufacturers’ instructions.
Changes to the Website
The Cook Shop reserves the right to change, without prior notice, any products that appear on the site.
This includes adding or withdrawing products from the range, revising any prices, changing the type of payment and the method of delivery.We have taken every care to ensure the information contained on the website is correct. There may be some slight variations in colour but we have tried our best to show you the products in the photographs.
