Oxo Good Grips is one of the best fat separators. Simple to use - simply pour stock into the jug, leave stopper in spout and wait a few minutes for it to settle. Pull stopper out and just pour into another container leaving the fat behind. To separate fat from meat juices, make gravy in the usual way and pour into the Oxo jug. Follow instructions for stock.
